Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit and to facilitate the circuit design even when the dynamic range is narrow by reducing number of setting of 1st and 2nd DC voltages. CONSTITUTION:Suppose that signals S1-S3 ('0') to designate a red signal are generated by the user operation and the signals S1, S2 are fed to a matrix circuit, then the 2-bits signals S1, S2 are used to designate, e.g. 4 colors and chrominance subcarriers fsc1, fsc2 are modulated respectively by DC voltages V1, V2 generated based on the signals S1, S2. On the other band, the signal S3 controls switches SW1, SW2 to output the modulation signals in-phase or opposite phase and to synthesize them thereby obtaining 8-color of chroma signals. Since number of setting of DC voltages V1, V2 is halved in comparison with a conventional circuit to display the same number of colors, then the circuit is simplified, number of components is decreased and the circuit design is facilitated. |
