POWER DISTRIBUTION DEVICE PROTECTIVE COVER

PURPOSE:To obtain a protective cover which can improve its electromagnetic wave shielding performance by integrally providing an electromagnetic shielding layer in which a conductive material is laid inside a backup layer. CONSTITUTION:After a male die of resin is coated with mold release agent, it is brought into contact with glass chopping mat, and sequentially laminated while being impregnated with normal temperature cured unsaturated polyester resin as a backup layer 14. Further, two carbon fiber sheets are similarly so laminated as not to expose the cutting seam, impregnated with resin to form a shielding layer 16, cured at an ambient temperature, and a molded form is after cured. further, a mounting part is opened or trimmed to be finished, and the inner carbon fiber resin surface is coated with normal temperature curing urethane paint to form an inner protective layer as a product.
