Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a wide working vacant region so as to facilitate a bobbin change work, or the like, by arranging the spindle of a winding unit in a cantilever state as facing in the lateral direction against the machinery longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION: By providing spindles arranged to winding units 25, 26, 25', 26' as facing in the lateral direction against the machinery longitudinal direction, these spindles are arranged as facing inward in a working vacant region. Each of the winding units is arranged to the accommodation part of two bobbins (27, 28, 29, 30, 27', 28', 29', 30') in a cantilever state, thus each work is done without any difficulty.
