CONSTITUTION:A section of needles is made into an elliptic shape, the needles are planted on ground fabric to make the major axis side into a working side, crosssectional shape of needle from 1/3-1/4 whole height of needle to the tip of needle has a larger radius of curvature of circular arc at the working side than the radius of curvature at the back side, both the parallel sides, a sharp ridgeline, is tapered towards the tip of needle and the side shape at the tip part is formed into a halberd shape to give the objective card clothing.
