Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the title card clothing suitable for carding of chemical fibers and synthetic fibers, capable of planting needles on ground fabric without standing needles and disturbing needles and of spinning high-quality sliver stably for many hours by making top card clothing of specific shape. CONSTITUTION:A section of needles is made into an elliptic shape, the needles are planted on ground fabric to make the major axis side into a working side, crosssectional shape of needle from 1/3-1/4 whole height of needle to the tip of needle has a larger radius of curvature of circular arc at the working side than the radius of curvature at the back side, both the parallel sides, a sharp ridgeline, is tapered towards the tip of needle and the side shape at the tip part is formed into a halberd shape to give the objective card clothing.
