RECORDING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To instantaneously heat the ink in pore parts to blow off the same by forming a large number of pores to the surface part of a film and moving the film on the electrode head arranged at a position crossing the moving direction of the film through an ink supply means filling the film with the ink and selectively applying voltage to the film by the electrode head. CONSTITUTION:An ink supply pad 3 is arranged on this side of the film moving direction of a guide roller 4 so as to come into contact with a film 2. A large number of pores having a pore size of 10200mum are formed to the surface part of the film 2 and the ink supplied in the pore parts 5 by the ink supply pad 3 is guided by the guide roller 4 to reach the leading end of an electrode head 1. When the heating material 7 formed to the flat surface part of the rear of the film reaches the leading end of the electrode head 1 along with the ink 6 supplied in the pore parts 5 by a drive mechanism, air bubbles are suddenly generated at the bottom surfaces of the pore parts of the film 2 by applying voltage to electrodes and ink droplets are formed by the pressure of air bubbles and fly to the recording paper arranged to the opposed surface to perform recording.
