Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To stabilize the upper limit voltage and the lower limit voltage for a temperature variation by adding a third to a fifth transistors and a first to a fourth resistances to a limiter circuit having a first and a second transistors whose output terminals are connected to the emitters, and using specific circuit constituting. CONSTITUTION:The base of a first transistor Q1 is connected in common to a third and a fourth transistors Q4 and Q6, and also, connected to the collector of Q4. The base of a second transistor Q2 is connected in common to the base of a fifth transistor Q5, and also, connected to the collector of Q5 and the collector of Q6. The collector of Q4 is connected to a voltage source VCC through a first resistance R3, and the emitter of Q4 is grounded through a second resistance R5, and also, connected to a voltage source VLIM. Also, an emitter of Q6 is grounded through a fourth resistance R6, and the emitter of Q5 is connected to the voltage source VCC through a third resistance R4. According to such constitution, the upper limit voltage and the lower limit voltage are determined by a voltage of the voltage source VCC and a voltage of the voltage source VLIM, and not increased nor decreased but stabilized even if a temperature is varied. |
