Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce unevenness in luminance of a dot matrix fluorescent display tube by making the resistance of that portion of an anode segment electrode which is opposite to the center portion of the display tube perpendicular to the direction in which a grid electrode is suspended lower than the resistance of that portion of the anode segment electrode which is opposite to the outer peripheral portion of the display tube. CONSTITUTION:Anode segment electrodes formed on a glass plate 1 are each formed of two regions; i.e., a region opposite to the center portion of a dot matrix fluorescent character display tube perpendicular to the direction in which a grid electrode 2 is suspended is an anode segment low-resistance region 3 and a region opposite to the outer peripheral portion of the display tube is an anode segment high-resistance region 4. The resistance value of each region is controlled and decided according to the ratio of graphite powder to low melting-point glass or the mixing ratio of the graphite powder to a material of different resistance value such as ruthenium oxide, etc. Thus a dot matrix fluorescent display tube of high display quality providing uniform display with no unevenness is obtained. |
