ROOF SIDE STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To contrive the reduction or the like of an overhanging amount into a car room by connecting a roof side rail in both end parts of outer and inner panels and in the central part of these panels simultaneously with a means considered such as connecting the side end part of a roof panel to the central connection part. CONSTITUTION:An outer panel 1 and an inner panel 2 are connected, and a roof side rail 3, having a closed space part, is formed. A side edge part of a roof panel 4 is connected to the roof side rails 3, and in a connection part of this roof panel, a drip groove 5 is recess-provided simultaneously with a roof mold 6 coated. In the above constitution, the roof side rail 3 is connected in both end parts of the outer panel 1 and the inner panel 2 and in a central connection part 7 between these panels, thus inner and outer side closed space parts 8, 9 are formed. The side end part of the roof panel 4 is connected to the central connection part 7 simultaneously with a drip groove 5 formed in this connection part.
