Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate the earth installation work, improve efficiency, and reduce the cost by applying the conductive in-mold coating only on the surface of a plastic outer plate for a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A conducting member 5 penetrating the raw material sheet mold compound 3 of a plastic outer plate B and the surface and back faces of the outer plate B is pressed by molding flasks 1 and 2 to form a primary compact A. A conducting in-mold 10 is applied on the surface of the primary compact A, and it is connected to a vehicle body 13 via an earth cord 14. A paint 16 is coated on the surface of the outer plate B as necessary.
