LONG SIZED BODY END PACKAGING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent wrinkles and breaks of a packaging bag from occurring by a method wherein a bag offsetting device is provided, and when a packaging bag is placed on the end part of a pipe aggregate, even if there occurs a surplus part on the bag, the surplus part is folded on the bag, and a tying band is fastened. CONSTITUTION:Even when a packaging bag B is comparatively larger than the outer peripheral length of a long sized body A, the bag B is offset to one side by a bag offsetting device 7, and a surplus part E is generated only for one side of the long sized body A. Since the surplus part E is folded on the packaging bag by a bag surplus part folding device 8 in such a manner that the surplus part E is wound around the end part of the long sized body A, the packaging bag B joins to the peripheral surface of the end part of the long sized body A without becoming loose and baggy. By this method, by fastening of a tying band V by a tying band fastening device 10, the packaging bag B is prevented from generating wrinkles or breaks.
