Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To automatically pack form paper or the like into a corrugated board box by automatically putting the form paper from the underside of the corrugated board box with upper flaps thereof pasted and with lower flaps thereof unfolded in a skirt shape, and by turning the box upside down with the form paper therein sustained with clamps and corner- supporting members on the underside of the unfolded lower flaps. CONSTITUTION:A corrugated board box A is composed of four sides 1a-1d of the main body, upper flaps 2a-2d for sealing and lower flaps 3a-3d for sealing. Before being put into a packing machine, the side 1a of the main body and the upper and lower flaps 2a and 3a corresponding thereto are extended flat and the sides 1a and 1d of the main body are previously bonded together at end edges thereof with staples or the like. The corrugated board box A as a folded semifinished product is then unfolded, being laid sideways, to a square cylinder shape, then is turned by 90 deg. with the openings positioned vertically and the upper part thereof is sealed up by pasting. Form paper is then put into the box from the underside thereof and the box, with the form paper contained therein sustained, is turned by 180 deg. putting its upside down, and the upper part is sealed up by pasting and packing is completed therewith. Thereby packing of the form paper or the like into the corrugated board box can be automatized, resulting in efficient execution of work. |
