SILVER HALIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC EMULSION

PURPOSE:To improve dyestuff desensitization and to provide the higher sensitivity by incorporating specific two kinds of compds. and spectral sensitizing dyestuff into the above emulsion. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of the compds. expressed by formula and at least one kind of the acetic acid compd. of an amine type expressed by formula II are incorporated into the spectrally sensitized silver halide photographic emulsion. In the formula I, W1 to W4 denotes =CH- or =N-; B1 to B4 denote a hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group, etc.; A denotes a group consisting of at least one phenylene group. In the formula II, R1 to R5 denote a hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group, more preferably 1 to 5C alkyl group, etc.. The dyestuff desensitization is decreased in this way and the sensitivity is enhanced.
