EMERGENCY SHUTTER DEVICE

PURPOSE:To surely close an aperture part corresponding to the rise of temperature with simple structure by dropping a shutter plate with its dead weight and closing the aperture part by moving a supporting member with a spring made of shape memory alloy whose spring characteristic is changed when environmental temperature exceeds prescribed temperature. CONSTITUTION:When the environmental temperature rises exceeding 100 deg.C as when fire occurs, etc., the original tensile force of a coil spring 243 made of shape memory alloy can be affected, and since such tensile force exceeds that of an ordinary coil spring 242, supporting arms 236, 237 are moved leftward, and are detained obliquely to a stopper 245. As a result, a first shutter holder 225 and a housing shutter plate 223 drop due to their dead weight, which closes the aperture part 221 at a housing side. At this time, a discharge shutter plate 224 is raised synchronized with the descent of the housing shutter 223, which closes the aperture part 222 at a discharge side.
