Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the title fish reef leading to resource utilization in a simple way, also usable for a long period by mutually connecting the outer peripheries of plural waste tires into a stereoscopic form. CONSTITUTION:For example, a double-cut bolt 24 is inserted through a penetrating hole provided beforehand on the outer periphery 11a of each waste tire 11 and a bolt hole 23a on a connecting plate 23, and a washer 24c is applied from the inside of the waste tire 11 followed by tightening with a nut 24d; thereby, the waste tires are mutually connected into a stereoscopic form, thus obtaining the objective fish reef. The connecting fixtures to be used are pref. made of a corrosion-proof material including stainless steel.
