Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable mechanical mass production in the case of fitting a composite sheet to a main body as the internal finish material by integrally laminating both a base layer formed of polyvinyl chloride foams in which closed cells having prescribed thickness are formed and a skin layer formed of unfoaming polyvinyl chloride. CONSTITUTION:A composite sheet 1 is utilized for the internal finish material for the instrument panel of an automobile and constituted by integrally laminating a base layer 2 and a skin layer 3 which are formed by polyvinyl chloride respectively. In other words, the base layer 2 is formed of foams made of closed cells and its thickness is regulated to 1.5-2.0mm. On the other hand, the skin layer 3 is formed of unforming polyvinyl chloride and its thickness is regulated to 0.15-0.45mm. Embossing work is performed on the surface. The expansion ratio of the base layer 2 is preferably regulated to 15-20. In the expansion ratio less than 15, the base layer is made excessively hard and natural leathery appearance is not obtained. Further when the expansion ratio exceeds 20, moldability is deteriorated.
