The measurement is performed at a centrifugal pipe 2 of a centrifugal machine 1, and at that time, the centrifugal pipe 2 is provided in the direction parallel to the axis line of the centrifugal machine, so that an optical concentration of reaction mixture is continuously measured. When a change in optical concentration is found, a function of measurement data is examined for inflection. When an inflection takes plate, it is decided that no agglutination took place when a difference between a measurement curve and a specified reference curve (as shown with a doted line in the figure, specified as a permeability curve of straight line between a measurement start point and an inflection point) is significantly large. And, it is decided that no agglutination took place when a maximum deviation from the reference curve is at least a permeability T3%. |
