CONSTITUTION: A corrective basic value ROM 30 that stores the corrective basic values for transient operation that can be read out through these operation parameters such as load L, load change value dL/dt, engine rotation n, engine temperature Tw , and a corrective value RAM 31 that read in the basic corrective values from the ROM 30 at initial formulation and stores the amendable corrective values. And an adaptation control unit 34 that forms the corrective value DA from the control difference of the practical control value and the objective value in the transient operation, is arranged. The corrective value W read out from the RAM 31 by the corrective value DA is corrected by a correct means 33, and in the adaptation control unit 34, a corrective value having a smaller control difference occurred during the operation following the amended corrective value, is set.
