BOLT AND NUT FASTENING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To improve workability having excellent general-purpose properties by a method wherein by using a plurality of alternately located actuating shafts, a countershaft, and a link mechanism, the members are movably intercoupled in an annular manner, and the actuating shafts are arranged adaptably to a pitch distance between adjoining bolts and nuts. CONSTITUTION:When four bolts and nuts are fastened against each other, a socket suitable thereto is mounted to a coupler 22, and through rotation of arm plates 3a and 3b, an actuating shaft 1 is moved in a manner to match a pitch distance between adjoining bolts and nuts to position it. A manual or motor-operated socket wrench and racket wrench are coupled to a joint part 11 of the arbitrary actuating shaft 1 to rotate it in a fastening direction. In which case, along with rotation of the actuating shaft 1, the sprocket drives a chain 7 and a countershaft 2 and other actuating shaft 1 are also rotated, and four bolts and nuts are simultaneously fastened against each other. When rotary torque is increased to a given value, the protrusion of an actuating body is disengaged from the groove of the actuating shaft 1, resulting in racing of the actuating body, and the our bolts and nuts are fastened, in order, against each other by means of a given fastening force.
