SIGNAL SPEED CONVERSION CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To insert a word data to an output signal after speed conversion with simple constitution comprising less component number by controlling the connection of a word data from an input signal subject to speed conversion and common use control signal output circuit to an elastic storage via a sectioning circuit for each storage. CONSTITUTION:A sink signal 4, a sink signal clock 5 and a sink signal frame clock 6 of a sink write circuit 16 outputting a select signal 7 of a level 1 are selected by a selector 8 of a signal separating circuit provided to each elastic storage 12 varying the write readout speed to convert the signal speed and a sink signal for a word data for the purpose of word synchronization is written in the storage 12. When the level of the signal 7 reaches 0, the selector 8 selects an input signal 1, an input signal clock 2 and an input signal frame clock 3 subject to speed conversion and outputs the result to the storage 12. A synchronization word data is inserted to an output signal after the speed conversion with simple constitution in which the sink write circuit is used for many speed conversion circuits with the less number of components.
