Consequently, even when the tape loading is performed under the state of insufficiently winding of the tape 19 on the supply reel 10, the leader tape is never wound around a rotary drum 16, thus preventing the magnetic tape 19 and a magnetic head from flawing attending upon the completion of drawing out the tape.
