Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a floor mat with foot rest of high general purpose quality by providing a pair of joint brackets, turnable for a mat main unit, in its upper surface and a bar-shaped member linked between both the joint brackets and placing a foot part reverse side of a crew in a stationary state. CONSTITUTION:A mat main unit 1, laid in a car room, is formed mainly consisting of rubber or resin. Here the mat main unit 1 provides in its upper surface a pair of joint brackets 2, turnable for the mat main unit 1, to be arranged holding a shape separating in a direction of car width. A bar-shaped member 3 is linked between both the joint brackets 2. That is, the bar-shaped member 3 is arranged in a location where the foot part reverse side of a seated crew is adapted to the bar-shaped member 3. In this way, the seated crew, whose foot part reverse side is adapted to the bar-shaped member 3, improves a stable feeling.
