Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide an emulsion composition which gives evenly fine milky droplets upon skin application and offers an excellent stability on standing and a superb skin application feeling by using soybean protein and anion surface-active agent in combination as an emulsifying agent of the oil-in-water type emulsion composition. CONSTITUTION:An oil-to-water type emulsion composition suitable for cosmetic material uses in combination soybean protein such as hydrolyzed soybean protein and an anion surface-active agent such as N-stearylmethyltaurine sodium as an emulsifying agent. This combined usage improves the solubility and emulsifying power of the soybean protein, leading to the preparation of the oil-in-water emulsion composition indicating an excellent milky state having evenly fine emulsive droplets and excellent in stability on standing. The mixing of the soybean protein offers an excellent cosmetic preparation with a creamy and moist feeling upon application to the skin.
