Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To omit pretreatment of a specimen and to make it possible to perform highly accurate analysis by a simple operation by directly blowing an oxyhydrogen flame which is formed with active oxyhydrogen obtained from an active oxyhydrogen gas generator to a specimen, and evaporating the specimen. CONSTITUTION:An oxyhydrogen flame (f) which is formed with a burner 2 is blown to a point P beneath luminous flux (l) at the surface of a specimen S. The temperature in the vicinity of the point P becomes high. The specimen S is evaporated, and an atomic cloud A is formed. The luminous flux (l) passes through the clound in the vertical direction with respect to the surface of the paper. When a specimen stage 3 is moved in the directions of both (x) and (y) axes, the position P, i.e. the analyzing point, can be moved. An active oxyhydrogen gas generator 1 generates a mixed oxyhydrogen gas (equivalent mixture of O and H) incorporating active oxygen and active hydrogen by electrolysis of water. Therefore, the clean flame (f) is formed with respect to the specimen S. Therefore, obstruction to analysis due to impurities is eliminated. Since the temperature of the flame (f) becomes close to 6,000 deg.C, the part where the flame (f) is applied can be readily vaporized even for the solid block state specimen S.
