ALIGNMENT DEVICE FOR WASHER OR THE SIMILAR

PURPOSE:To eliminate both the labor of taking out washers and the waste time contained in the ring take-out operation due to entanglement of articles of complex figures such as E-rings by forming a leaf spring hook part which prevents that the washers having been once in a round bar inserted in a disk falls, at the end part of the round bar. CONSTITUTION:When a disk 2 is turned, the end of article alignment round bar 1 mixes washers 5 in a case 4 and picks up a washer 5. When the disk 2 is further turned, the washer 5 picked up at the end of the round rod 1 advances toward the root of the article alignment round bar 1. When the disk 2 is more further turned, the washer 5 at the root of the round bar reversely moves to the end of the round bar, however, is prevented from falling by the article stop hook part 1a attached to the end of the article alignment round bar 1. This article stop hook part 1a is a leaf spring which does not permit the once-caught washer to fall into the case 4.
