Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To ensure the corrosion resistance of ceramics and prevent the occurrence of cracks by joining a stress relaxation material within a recessed part provided in ceramics, and joining the stress relaxation material and a metal by a joining material having no joining property to the ceramics. CONSTITUTION:Ceramics 2 is provided with a recessed part 1, and a stress relaxation material (e.g. copper, nickel) 3 is disposed in the inner part thereof. As a joining material (a gold solder containing an active metal such as titanium or the like) 4 to be joined with the ceramics 2 is arranged, and then heated, in the gap between the recessed part 1 and the stress relaxation material 3, the joining material 4 may wrap the stress relaxation through a capillary phenomenon, and thus, the stress relaxation material 3 and the ceramics 2 are joined to each other. Next, a metal 6 and the stress relaxation material 3 are joined by a joining material (a gold solder not containing an active metal such as titanium or the like) 5 having no property to the ceramics 2. Thus, the joining material 4 is restrained to form a bridge between the ceramics 2 and metal 6; as a result, a stress may not be transmitted from the metal 6 to the ceramics 2, thereby obtaining a joint not occurring the cracks of the ceramics 2. |
