DATA STORAGE DEVICE

PURPOSE:To speedily execute data transfer and initialization by selecting a unit data storage device with the AND of a first selection signal and a second selection signal. CONSTITUTION:The title device is constituted by arranging longitudinally and horizontally unit data storage devices 101-108 able to store the data of one bit and to read and write the data. The unit data storage device is selected by the AND of the first selection signal and the second selection signal. Consequently, since only a specific device out of the unit data storage devices 101-108 being longitudinally and horizontally arranged can be selected and the read-write of the data can be executed, the read-out line of the data, namely a bit line, can be shared. Thus, the same data can be set for every memory cell with only one operation of the writing and the initialization can be speedily executed.
