Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To secure a display speed matching the transmission speed of image data by using a dual port RAM as a working RAM and decoding received image data in the transfer processing period of the decoding output to an image memory part. CONSTITUTION:The dual port RAM is used as the working RAM 24 and when a microprocessor 23 sets data for specifying a transfer area in a transfer control part28, the transfer control part 28 performs data transfer from the working RAM 25 to the image memory part 27 automatically thereafter. Consequently, while the received image data is decoded, the decoding output obtained by said processing is stored on the image memory 27, so the rate of how long time in a certain period the microprocessor 23 spends for the decoding can be increased and even when a large amount of image data are transmitted in a short time, the display speed matching the data transmission speed can be secured.
