Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent peeling and death of cells from an adhesive carrier and enable continuation of production and culture of a tissual plasminogen activator(t-PA) for a long period by adding a special substance to a culture medium in culturing cells having the ability to produce the t-PA. CONSTITUTION:Cells, derived from humans or animals and having the ability to produce the t-PA are cultured in a culture medium containing a meat extract derived from animals or fishes. The meat extract is obtained by concentrating meat water leached by dipping a lump of meat of animals or fishes in water. The amount thereof added is preferably 0.1-1.0%.
