Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve matching with the curvature of a pipe by applying a bulged circular arc shape to the intermediate part of an expanded sheet metal having the predetermined shape for the curvature thereof. CONSTITUTION:An elbow cover 1 is constituted with a bulged circular arc part 2 and an opposite combined projection piece 3 continuous thereto. As a result, it is possible to obtain good matching with the curvature of a pipe and no partial damage is caused due to monolithic structure, thereby ensuring the required rigidity. Also, it is possible to ensure low cost via mass production by applying the manufacture method comprising plate cutting as the first process and press molding as the second process subsequent thereto.
