Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce the variation in piled-up height of each section of the title iron core caused by the variation in thickness of iron core pieces so as to manufacture the iron core which does not spoil the magnetic characteristics by measuring the piled-up heights of piled-up bodies of iron core pieces assigned to each section of the iron core and deciding the combination of the piled-up bodies so that the variation in piled-up height of each section can be minimized. CONSTITUTION:Piled-up bodies constituted of nearly same numbers of iron core pieces are assigned to each leg section and yoke section based on required numbers of piling-up pieces found from the required piled-up height of an iron core 51 and, at the same time, the required number of the iron core pieces of each piled-up body is decided so that the total number of the iron core pieces of each piled-up body can become a required piling-up number. Then a belt-like magnetic material is cut off to prescribed shapes and each pile-up body is formed by piling up the cut pieces by the required number. Thereafter, piled-up heights of the piled-up bodies are measured and the combination of the piled-up bodies is decided based on the measured heights so that the variation in piled-up height of the iron core pieces of all leg and yoke sections can be minimized and the piled-up bodies are assigned to each leg and yoke section in accordance with the decided combination. After assignment, the iron core pieces assigned to each section are piled up and the iron core 51 is obtained. |
