Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain the subject substrate applicable to a thermal head for color printer, etc., without lowering the yield of the head having a microcircuit by applying two glaze layers consisting of a flat glaze layer and a protruded glaze layers to a ceramic substrate using crystalline and amorphous glass pastes. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic substrate made of e.g., alumina, beryllia or silicon carbide is coated with a crystalline glass paste (preferably having a crystal melting point of 1200-1500 deg.C) preferably by screen printing and calcined to form a flat 1st glaze layer. The surface of the 1st layer is partly coated with an amorphous glass paste (preferably having a softening point of 500-1000 deg.C) and calcined to form a protruded 2nd glaze layer and obtain the objective glazed substrate having protrusion for thermal head. |
