GAS LASER

PURPOSE:To circulate laser gas constantly in a resonator and obtain a gas laser apparatus having a high accuracy by providing a blower for circulating the laser gas between a discharge part and a resonator. CONSTITUTION:A blower 1 is provided in a linking part 2a composed of a first bellows 2. A laser beam 9 generated in a discharge part 8 is resonated by left and right mirrors 6 and intensified and outputted through a semi- transmitting output mirror provided on the one end of a mirror box 3. Laser gas in the mirror box 3 is blown out into the discharge part 8 by a blower 1 and circulated. Therefore, the laser gas is always refreshed in the passage of the laser beam 9. As a result, the laser gas in prevented from staying in the mirror box, so that the laser beam absorption caused by CO2 gas atoms can be substantially suppressed and the decline of the laser beam output can be avoided.
