Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition improved in rigidity, low-temperature impact resistance and thermoformability and useful for, e.g., a sheet material of automobile interior furnishings by mixing a propylene block copolymer with a high-density PE, a propylene homopolymer and an inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION:Propylene is copolymerized with 4-20wt.% at least one alpha-olefin (e.g., ethylene) to obtain a propylene block copolymer (A) of an MFR (230 deg.C) of 0.5-2.0g/10min. 10-40wt.% component A is mixed with 25-50wt.% high-density PE (B) of an MI (190 deg.C) of 0.07-0.23g/10min and a high-load MI to low-load MI ratio of 30-130, obtained by the medium/low pressure process, 20-55wt.% propylene homopolymer (C) of an MFR (230 deg.C) of 0.3-2.0g/10min and a content of other alpha-olefins
