Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To quantitatively analyze minute C and/or S contents of a metal without a dedicated baking in a shorter time required for baking. CONSTITUTION:A heating tool 1 is used where a columnar block 11 consisting of a conductive material having a high melting point like graphite is enclosed in a quartz vessel 12 and an internal space 13 is made vacuum. The tool 1 is put in a crucible 2, and this crucible is put on a base 3 of an analyzer and is put in a quartz combustion tube 4. Power is supplied to a high frequency induction coil 5 to heat the conductive block 11, and the temperature of the crucible 2 rises. A current of gaseous O2 is flowed in the combustion tube 4 to approximate the temperature of the crucible to an analysis temperature, and baking is effectively performed and the blank value due to the crucible is reduced. The surface temperature is measured from the outside of the transparent quartz combustion tube to relatively accurately discriminate the temperature which the crucible reaches. The shape and dimensions of the block 11 are selected and the high frequency power to the induction coil is controlled to control the temperature. |
