Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To perform tone management of high precision of a production line or the like by controlling the temperature of a standard sample so that it is equal to the surface temperature of an object to be measured. CONSTITUTION:Temperatures of an object 1 to be measured and a standard sample plate 10 are detected by thermometric instruments 13 and 13', and these detection signals are sent to a temperature controller 6. Since a correction signal is outputted as the output of the thermometric device 13 when the temperature of the object 1 is varied, this signal is supplied to an arithmetic unit 3 also. The signal processing like comparison operation is performed in the controller 6, and the operation of a heating device 7 is controlled based on the result. Thus, the standard sample plate 10 is heated and in so controlled that its surface approximates the temperature of the object 1.
