DEVICE AND METHOD OF PLACING CONCRETE

PURPOSE:To execute agitation work and placing work smoothly by supplying an accelerating agent from a fluid path formed into an agitation means having a spiral agitating blade disposed into an agitating box and stirring the accelerating agent with concrete. CONSTITUTION:An agitation means composed of a spiral agitating blade 10 is arranged into an agitating box 2 shaping an agitating space 2j. Concrete 16 is fed from a concrete supply pipe 3 installed in the direction orthogonal to the center of revolution CT1 of the agitation means. An accelerating agent 17 is supplied from a fluid path 10g formed into the agitation means, and ejected into the agitating space 2j from a large number of nozzles 10b... mounted to the agitating blade 10. The accelerating agent is stirred with concrete 16, and quick-setting concrete 16A is manufactured, and discharged into a concrete placing space 15. Placing work is completed, wash water 19 is fed from the fluid path 10g, and the inside of the agitating space 2j is washed.
