Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To maintain stability surely even for the movement of a vehicle at the time of cornering, by providing a comparing means which outputs an output signal that is in accordance with the result of comparison between an actual yaw rate and a target yaw rate, and a brake controlling means which controls the force of brake for the vehicle according to this output signal. CONSTITUTION:An actual yaw rate measured by means of a measuring means M1 and a vehicle target yaw rate set by means of a target yaw rate setting means M2, are compared by means of a comparing means 3. On the basis of an output signal which is sought according to this comparison result, the pressure of a brake liquid supplied to wheel cylinders 20a, 22a, 24a, 26a is regulated by means of a brake controlling means M4, and the force of brake for wheels 20, 22, 24, 26 is controlled. As a result, a sure stability even for the movement of a vehicle at the time of cornering, can be maintained.
