Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily stick a lining material on the inner surface of the roof panel formed by a curved surface in a vehicle by joining the joining fitting penetrated into the hole of a lining material to the receiving part of a roof panel. CONSTITUTION:A lining material 5 is fitted to the inner side of a roof panel 1. Then joining fittings 7 penetrated into plural holes 6 provided on given places of the material 5 are joined to plural receiving parts 3 provided on given places on the inner surface of the panel 1. This enables the panel 1 and the material 5 to be fixed at plural places.
