PURPOSE:To equalize the thickness of three types of tile carpets by burying electronic parts into the tile carpets. CONSTITUTION:An electronic switch unit 21 comprises a printed board 41 and an electronic switch IC 42 to be mounted thereon. Preferably, the face of the electronic switch IC 42 at the mounting side faces with the side of the floor 19. The reason is that the rear face of the printed board is an approximately flat soldered face, although the mounting side face is coarse. A wide area provides high force distribution effect. At this time, the head of the electronic switch IC 42 contacts with the relatively soft backing section of a tile carpet 11. By such arrangement, the tile carpet for information receptacle, the wiring tile carpet and the surrounding floor tile carpet constituting a wiring device can be arranged with approximately the same thickness, resulting in flatening of the floor.
