HEATING-DRYING DEVICE FOR ORIGINAL OPTICAL DISC

PURPOSE:To provide ease of one-man operation and the temperature control of a device by moving an original optical disc from a waiting position to a heating-drying position when it is detected that a heater reaches a specified temperature, and returning the original optical disc to the waiting position when it is detected that the surface temperature of the disc reaches a specified value. CONSTITUTION:When it is detected by an output measured by a thermocouple that a heating element 13 reaches a set temperature T1, a spindle 2 is moved forward from a waiting position to a heating-drying position by operating a spindle-base driving motor 8. And, heating-drying treatment takes place for the photoresist on a glass original disc 1 by the radiation heating of the heating element 13. When it is detected by an output measured by a radiation thermometer 19 that the surface temperature of the original disc 1 reaches a specified value T2, the spindle 2 is retreated form the heating-drying position to the waiting position by operating the motor 8. Then, cooling treatment takes place for the original disc heated, and the rotation of the spindle 2 is stopped to dismount the original disc 1 when it is detected by a thermometer 19 that the surface temperature of the original disc 1 reaches a specified value T3.
