DEVICE FOR DRYING ORIGINAL PLATE OF OPTICAL DISK BY HEATING

PURPOSE:To make it possible to protect a heated surface from the contamination due to impurities, such as dust, and particles by sending clean air to a place located between a heating means and an original plate for optical disk which are supported so that they may face each other in parallel and performing heating drying processing at the same time. CONSTITUTION:This device is used as a ventilation means in a clean room which installed in a horizontal air current type clean bench. This device is laid out so that the left side should be reserved for workers while the right side should be reserved for the clean bench. This positional layout inhibits and minimizes a possible contamination in a process which is most subjected to contamination. More specifically, workers who are supposed to be a generation source of dust in a clean room are arranged to work all the time on the lee so that clean air current may push away particles which are falling by the effect of gravity as indicated by the arrow and a heated surface of a glass-made original plate may be set to the lower side. Moreover, an attempt must be made to ventilate the interior of a cabinet 3 by an exhaust tube against dust generated from a mechanical part so as to inhibit contamination. Generally, the upper surface of the cabinet 3 is arranged to be flat except for some opening sections so as to prevent contamination particle from being piled up and facilitate cleaning as well.
