MANUFACTURE OF DIAPHRAGM FOR SPEAKER

PURPOSE:To improve dimension stability after molding by eliminating the influence of a room environmental condition on temperature management at the time of the molding by vapor-depositing an organic macromolecule on a molding jig, coating a voice coil at the time of forming an organic macromolecule film by vapor-deposition, then, unifying them. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm is formed by the vapor-deposition by using the organic macromolecule, and junction with the voice coil, a lead wire, and an outer peripheral fixing ring is performed simultaneously at the time of performing the vapor-deposition and molding. For example, diparaxylene is vapored in an evaporation furnace, and it is heat-decomposited to paraxylene in a cracking furnace at the next process, and the organic macromolecule film 2 of polyparaxylene is vapor-deposited and generated on the surface of a diaphragm molding jig 1a and the voice coil 3 in a vapor-deposition room in which the combination of the molding jig 1a and the voice coil 3 is arranged, and the vapor-deposition is stopped at a time when thickness of around 6mu is formed, and the molding jig 1a is taken out of the vapor-deposition room, and is cut and removed, then, the assembly 4 of the diaphragm and the voice coil can be obtained. In such a way, the dimension stability can be improved.
