Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To convert a suspension supplied to a filtering zone into fluidized state, to prevent formation of a thick layer in a first rotor part, and to maintain the required power at a desired value by disposing a specified second rotor part adjacent to the first rotor part surrounded by a filtering device. CONSTITUTION: This rotor device 10 has a second rotor part 15 adjacent to a first rotor part 14 at an entrance 4 in the direction to an injection room 30, and the second rotor part 15 is surrounded by a rigid water seal wall member 16. The second rotor part 15 and the wall member 16 form a pretreatment zone 25 just in the upstream side of the filtering zone 26 so as to preliminarily treat a suspension to convert it into a fluidized state suitable for filtration.
