PURPOSE:To realize the reading with a high S/N and no variation with time at all times, by providing a reflective film on a light-transmittable substrate via a metallic compoubd film that cuts off the water content and the atmosphere and also has the light-transmittable properties. CONSTITUTION:A reflective film 13 is formed by the vapor deposition of aluminum or the sputtering process, for instance, onto an uneven information recording surface 12 according to the recording information and on a substrate 11 made of the vinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, etc. and having the light transmittable properties to the readout light. A metallic compound film 15 that cuts off various types of atmospheres plus the water content introducing from the side of the substrate 11 and also has the light transmissive properties is provided between the film 13 and the surface 12. In addition, the same film 15 is coated on the film 13 when necessary and a protective resin film 14 composed of the acrylic ultraviolet-ray-curing resin, for instance, is coated on the film 15.
