Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To support a window pane functionally in both lateral and longitudinal directions of a car at any position of the window pane by opposedly positioning two guiding paths for guiding rails and sliding members for holding members. CONSTITUTION: Guide paths 22 and 23 of U-shaped cross-section are formed in a front guiding rail 24' and a rear guiding rail 24 of a car door, respectively, and an upper sliding member 20 and a lower sliding member 21 are associated with a first guiding path 22 and a second guiding path 23, respectively. The guiding paths 22 and 23 for the guiding rails 24 and 24' and the sliding members 20 and 21 of a holding member 19 belonging these paths are disposed on a common one connection web 25 of the guiding rails 24 and 24' extending laterally to the longitudinal direction of a car on the side opposite to each other in longitudinal direction. Thus a window pane can be supported functionally at any position of the window pane in the lateral and longitudinal directions of the car.
