Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make construction work easier by a method in which hooks are attached to a cylinder rising from a fixed board to form a fixing tool, and a hook receiver is provided to the cylinder to be connected with the fixing tool to form a slide cover. CONSTITUTION:A fixing tool A is fixed to a temporary frame by nails, and a slide cover B is inserted into a sleeve and temporarily fixed to a reinforcing bar frame. The reinforcing bars are set in the temporary frame. When the end of the sleeve is put on the receiver 4 of the tool A and the hook receiver 9 of the slide cover B is attached to the hook 3 of the tool A, the hook receiver 9 is once opened and then coupled by cuts 10.
