Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To retain fresh flavor of a raw fish and facilitate distribution or preservation by placing a raw fish body on a laying material consisting of beltlike sea tangle and integrally vacuum-packing the raw fish body in the above-mentioned state. CONSTITUTION:The original shape of a raw fish body 1, as desired, is subjected to removal of entrails, dressing or slicing treatment and, as necessary, scaled, washed with water and drained, then as desired dipped in a seasoning solution. The resultant fish body is then placed on a laying material 2 composed of one or plural sheets of beltlike sea tangle, integrally vacuum-packed into a package 3 and subsequently heat-treated.
