Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound, having improved water dispersibility, and useful as a raw material for uniform foams, etc., by reacting diphenylmethane diisocyanate, etc. with a specific polyethylene oxide derivative and a polyether polyol in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. diphenylmethane diisocyanate type polyisocyanate is reacted with (B) 1-20pts.wt. polyethylene oxide derivative expressed by the formula RO(CH2CH2O)nH (R is 1-4C alkyl; n is average 5-120) or the formula R'(OCH2CH2)mOOCCH2COO(CH2CH2O)nR' (R' is 1-4C alkyl; m is average 5- 120) and (C) polyether diol and/or polyether triol, consisting of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide at (1/0)-(1/3) molar ratio, and having 200-6,000 molecular weight at 2-20 molar ratio between the NCO and OH groups to give the aimed compound. The resultant compound is then incorporated with a rubber asphalt type emulsion to afford the aimed foam.
