Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the upward light from being generated on the opposite lane by making the bus line direction of the cylindrical face of cylindrical face-shaped prism elements above the horizontal division line near the horizontal line passing the center of a prism lens the vertical direction and inclining the lower section. CONSTITUTION:A zone A' is formed in parallel with the V-V line, i.e., in the vertical direction, above the division line 3b of many cylindrical face-shaped prism elements forming a zone A. The diffusion direction of the zone A' is made horizontal to the right and left as shown by the reciprocating arrow f-g. As a result, the diffused light flux reflected by a reflector is diffused in the horizontal direction without being diffused in the oblique direction by a prism lens. No upward light is generated on the opposite lane side.
